ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Once an order is confirmed:

  • Cancellations are not accepted if the order has already been packed or shipped
  • If a cancellation is requested after packing but before dispatch, a 10% admin / restocking fee may apply
  • No cancellations or refunds once the parcel is booked for courier collection
  • Please contact us immediately if you made a mistake on your order.

🚫 CHANGE OF MIND

  • We do not offer refunds for items no longer wanted after delivery.
  • Please double-check your order before checkout.

📖 PRODUCT DESCRIPTION & CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

  • We provide accurate product descriptions, measurements, and usage instructions.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to read the product details before placing an order
  • For example: whether an item is suitable for helium or air, or the correct size of a product
  • If you’re unsure, please contact us before ordering — we are happy to assist

❗ We will not issue refunds for misunderstandings caused by not checking the product listing details.

📦 OPENED OR PARTIALLY USED ITEMS

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Partially used items (e.g. opened packs of plates, balloons, or favours)
  • Items removed from their original packaging
  • Goods damaged due to incorrect handling after delivery
  • Only full, unused, unopened items in original condition will be considered for return.

💥 DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or faulty product:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photo or video evidence
  • If approved, we will arrange return courier collection at our cost
  • Refunds will only be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item

🎈 BALLOON POLICY

Due to the sensitive nature of balloons:

  • No refunds for burst, deflated, or improperly inflated balloons
  • All balloons are batch tested before dispatch
  • We are not responsible for damage caused by inflation errors, temperature, or storage

🏷️ SALE OR DISCOUNTED ITEMS

  • All sale, clearance, or discounted products are final sale and non-refundable.

🚚 SHIPPING FEES & RETURN COSTS

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless we are at fault
  • If a return is approved for reasons unrelated to product fault, the customer must cover return courier costs
  • If items are not made available for pickup, or arrive damaged due to poor packaging, no refund will be issued

RETURN TIMEFRAM

  • All refund or return requests must be made within 5 calendar days of receiving your parcel.
  • Late requests will unfortunately not be accepted.

🌧️ COURIER DELAYS &TRACKING RESPONSIBILITY

  • We work with trusted third-party couriers and dispatch quickly, but delays may occur due to:
  • Flooding, bad weather, road closures
  • Vehicle breakdowns, strikes, or load-shedding

PLEASE NOTE:

  • Courier delays are beyond our control and do not qualify for a refund
  • Once a waybill is created, we update your order with a tracking number
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to track delivery progress
  • Please check your email (including spam), WhatsApp, or website messages for tracking info

We strongly recommend ordering at least 5–7 working days before your event

💳 REFUND METHOD & TIMING

  • Refunds are processed via the original payment method (Payfast or EFT)
  • Payfast refunds may take up to 48 hours after fund release
  • Refunds are only issued after returned items are received and approved
