We are based in Kempton Park, East Rand of Johannesburg, and use The Courier Guy as our door-to-door courier service.
We deliver Nationwide, irrespective of your location
HOW SOON BEFORE I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Orders from Monday to Thursday:
Orders placed and PAID  before 10:00 will be dispatched the FOLLOWING WORKING DAY
Orders from Friday to Sunday:
All orders placed and paid for on a Friday after 10:00 will be dispatched by Monday
Saturday and Sunday orders placed and paid for over the weekend will be dispatched by Tuesday
Once your order has been shipped, we will email you a tracking number that you can use to track the progress of your order.
PLEASE NOTE NO DELIVERIES ON WEEKENDS AND PUBLIC HOLIDAYS!

We will do our very best to deliver on your preferred delivery date.
However, we, unfortunately, cannot always guarantee any specific date or time as we rely on third-party couriers, and even though we always do our best, errors can happen from time to time
RETURNS/REFUNDS/DAMAGES
NO Returns and/or Refunds on SALE items.
If the goods purchased from Pretty Party Shop are found to be damaged or faulty we are happy to Refund or Exchange your purchase.
 Goods received Damaged or Faulty from Pretty Party Shop are eligible for return within 7 working days from receipt of delivery.
Please notify us at anelizet1@gmail.com within 24 hours of receipt of goods, if your items are damaged or faulty together with a photo image of the damage.
To be eligible for a return, your item/items must be unused and in the same condition that you have received them and in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 3 working days via eft to the bank account you chose.
You will be responsible for the Shipping costs of returning the item to us, however, this will be refunded/credited to your account, should your product be deemed faulty.
Please note that items arriving after the 7 working day return deadline, will not be accepted and will be returned to Sender.
Pretty Party shop does not offer refunds or exchanges for changes of mind/heart.
